At Ashmishree Associates, we strive to provide the highest quality corporate gifts. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please review the following guidelines:

Non-Customized Products

  • Return Window: Returns for non-customized products are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email] or [customer service phone number]. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
 

Customized Products

Customized products are not eligible for returns. Due to the personalized nature of these products, they are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold.

Minor Defects and Print Issues

While we take great care to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition, minor defects or print issues may occasionally occur. If you notice any such issues, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will inspect the product and determine if a replacement or repair is necessary.

 

Cancellations

Before Customization Starts

  • Cancellations can be requested before the product customization process begins.
  • If a cancellation is received before production starts, a full refund will be issued, minus any processing fees.
 

After Customization Starts

  • Cancellations are not accepted after the product customization process has started. Once customization begins, the product is considered made to order and cannot be canceled.
  • However, if there is a significant delay in production or delivery that is not caused by unforeseen circumstances, we may consider a cancellation on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Notes

  • All returns and cancellations must be accompanied by the original order confirmation or invoice.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to [number] business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
